It shows exclusively news, consisting of several live breaking news segments and commentary throughout the day. It is available throughout the United States, and on several continents globally. The network’s companion website is complete with video clips and news stories regarding politics, economics, world news, and entertainment. Fox News Channel is owned by Fox Networks Group, a subsidiary of 21st Century Fox. The network was created by famed mogul Rupert Murdoch, proposing an alternative to other news exclusive stations. Today, Fox News Channel is the number one cable news station.
Fox News Channel was founded upon the belief that America’s desire for live news was increasing. As both the demand for local and world news expanded, Fox provided a 24-hour stream of news and news related programs.
